Festival of Carols
The links to the left will take you to a selection of pictures taken at our annual Festival of Carols. This event is traditionally held at St. Thomas's Roman Catholic Church a week or two before Christmas. To many, this heralds the start of the festive season and the church is full, with extra seating added. The collection from this event goes totally towards a nominated charity with the concert expenses coming from choir funds.
For many years the musical accompaniment was provided by the St. Cecilia Orchestra but this changed in 2003 when the La Ronde Concert Band took over for three years. At this time the Choir supported the band at the Airport carol service and in Community singing for Liberation Day.
